La Loma Neighborhood Association Security Patrol Program

 

What Is La Loma Neighborhood Security?

It is the implementation of the security plan created by the voluntary organization known as the "La Loma Neighborhood Association". The members are residents and business that participate in Neighborhood Watch. Al's Certified Safe & Lock has been selected as the service provider.

The Plan is:

1. To have 24 hour armed patrol car dedicated to patrol streets, alleys and parks within the boundaries of Yosemite Blvd., Burney St., Scenic Dr., and El Vista Ave.
2. To be a first responder to Burglar Alarms
   If you have a different alarm company, you will need to add us as a first responder. Use the La Loma Patrol Number (209-543-9819)
3. To provide vacation security checks.
4. To provide the neighborhood with a 24 hour telephone number to call to request a response. The unit is also radio dispatched.
5. Neighbors that support the program will be issued a member number and will have their emergency contact information in the computer at the dispatch center.
6. A yard sign will be placed on your property to show your property is patrolled under this program. There is a $10 sign up fee to cover the cost of the sign.
7. To begin installing a network of Security Cameras that can be viewed by the dispatch center and the patrol car. There will be mobile cameras on the patrol car to record what the officer is patrolling.
8. The cost is $20.00 per month for a single family dwelling for patrol services, alarm monitoring services are additional.
9. By signing onto the program, the officer can question any persons on your property. Any person seen committing a crime on your property can be placed under arrest.
10. We offer reduced rates for alarm monitoring for those people enrolled in the La Loma Patrol Service.
